We currently produce a red wine called UNUM which is Nerello Mascalese (100%), hand picked and selected from old vines grown in the coveted Contrada Calderara in Randazzo, on the North side of Mt. Etna. This unique wine is aged in tonneau for 18 months followed by 6 months in the bottle. We only make 1,400 numbered bottles (see video tasting above).
We also make a white wine called 1884 from another indigenous grape, Carricante (100%), which has generated a lot of attention and appreciation in recent years because of its unique character and its ageability.
